Dates and Location

The ICJSE will be hosted by Boston College High School (www.bchigh.edu), the Jesuit High School of Boston, from July 29 – August 2, 2012.  The Colloquium location will be Boston College (www.bc.edu).

Registration and Cost

The registration fee for the International Colloquium on Jesuit Secondary Education is $950 per person for registrations received before the deadline of April 16. Registrations received after the April 16 deadline will be charged $1000. The registration fee is all inclusive of room accommodations and all meals. Airfare is not included in registration fees. Who Should Attend

The ICJSE hopes to be the first of many global gatherings. With this in mind, the first Colloquium has been designed for heads of schools, their leadership teams and Province Delegates. Registration allows for 1-3 participants per school. If you have specific questions regarding registration, please contact Dan Carmody at carmody@icjse.org.

Accommodations

Attendees for the Colloquium will be housed in dormitories at Boston College where the Colloquium program will take place. Rooms are air-conditioned, suite-style, with attendees residing in their own rooms and sharing bathrooms. The cost of accommodations is included in your registration fee and guaranteed for every participant from Sunday, July 29 to Thursday, August 2, 2012. We will later ask you to confirm your arrival and departure dates.

Languages

The ICJSE will be conducted using the three languages of the Society of Jesus: Spanish, English and French. All keynote addresses, panel discussions and group presentations will be simultaneously translated into all 3 languages. All Colloquium documents will also be provided in all 3 languages. Workshops will be conducted in the language of choice of each presenter and will be advertised as such.
